Landivar Architects is an RIBA Chartered architecture practice founded in 2009 as a collaborative design studio to develop projects at a range of scales; from furniture design and interiors to larger scale extensions and new build developments.

We offer a broad range of Architectural professional services from concept design, planning through to Building Regulations Approval, contract administration and completion. Our services mainly focus on the residential sectors ranging from residential extensions, one off houses to larger phased housing schemes. We also work extensively with the commercial and hospitality sectors with experience in restaurant fit-outs, hostels and offices. Landivar Architects have a friendly and experienced in-house team that are able to identify the clients requirements and set out the appropriate resources for the successful progress of the projects to hand. Each project and client has a single point of contact within the practice to ensure that the communication is clear and responsive to clients needs. We can act as a primary agent for our clients to help navigate through the build process, whilst also having a wide association with a wealth of specialised Consultants and contractors who will individually cater to your requirements.

Our client base ranges from private individuals, developers, limited companies and restaurant groups to NHS trusts and Charitable bodies.

We enjoy working closely with our clients to create an open and collaborative relationship that results in crafted and bespoke solutions.
